Now, to initiate a return, you will need to contact us at sales@glamciaga.us and explain your reason for return/exchange, along with pictures of the issue in the product (if applicable). One of our representatives will reach you within a short time and help you out accordingly.

As per our standard shipping time, your order will take 10-15 business days, during which your order will be processed, sent to be manufactured, analyzed during the QC check, and then proceeded for the shipment.

In this sort of situation or in cases where you need to make changes to the product, you will have to go for order customization, in which you can make any of your desired changes to the product. However, you should know that:

• A customization fee will be charged on the basis of the alterations made to the product.
• Customized products will not be exchanged.
• Customized products are not refundable.

That can not be confirmed. The availability of urgent shipment depends on many different factors, especially the nearing of a specific season as during that time, the urgent shipment is possible due to the bulk of orders.
